    Bill Susetka, the former President of Clairol's U.S. Retail Division and President of Global Marketing at Avon Products, has been selected by his fellow LPGA Board members to serve as Chairman of the Board this year. Susetka brings more than 30 years of business leadership along with pertinent Board and LPGA experience to the position, most recently serving as LPGA Chief Marketing Officer from 2007-2009.

    The Kraft Nabisco Championship officially kicked off its pre-tournament activities with a star-studded media day in Los Angeles on March 8th. Defending champion, Brittany Lincicome, was joined by former San Francisco 49er Dwight Hicks and comedian/actor Scott Henry, for a meet and greet luncheon with LA and Palm Springs sports and entertainment media.

THE GOLF LINKS

All of the 18 holes have commanding views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountain peaks of the Toros Range inland. The style Pete Dye is bringing to Turkey can be seen in other great courses he has designed – Harbour Town and Kiawah Island Ocean Course. It will offer the finest in Scottish Links golf with loads of pot bunkers, rye grass and elevated tees threading their way through mountainous sand dunes. Holes 13 – 16 are dramatically placed in the dunes and hole 17 – the signature hole a tricky par 3 is like the postage stamp at Royal Troon. This is the only links course in Turkey and a real peach!
