Angel Service
ANGEL will greet you at the entrance to the hotel upon arrival, then go with you to the Reception LOUNGE, where you will be offered champagne, fruit juice, tea, coffee, canapés and sandwiches. After the check-in process is complete, you’ll be escorted to your room by your ANGEL, who will answer any of your questions and update you on hotel procedure. There is one ANGEL per ten rooms, and throughout the duration of your holiday your “Angel” is at your beck and call. Think of your ANGEL as a kind of personal consultant for all of your needs on the premises, or even outside of the hotel.

The Angels also arrange bookings at the a la carte Restaurants, Eden Spa Centre and animation shows, handle any laundry requests, and generally make your stay as carefree as possible
